NNA Notary Seal Stamps and Embossers are guaranteed for your commission term. If it stops functioning correctly due to normal wear (ink replacement not included), we will replace it at no charge. If a product refund is requested, we will refund 100% of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All personalized items are only eligible for a refund if the item:
- included a manufacturing error,
- was damaged upon receipt, or
- was lost during shipping.
