All Notaries listed on FindaNotary.com are required to undergo an NNA-Certified Background Screening. This comprehensive screening verifies essential details such as your identity, residence, and criminal history.

My FindaNotary listing is active, but my background screening will expire soon. What can I do?

If you purchased your background screening separately from your FindaNotary listing and its expiration date is approaching, you'll need to renew it to maintain your active listing.

What if I already have a background screening in my state?

You must still pass the NNA Background Screening to be listed on FindaNotary.com. An active screening is required for all Notaries listed on the directory to ensure consistent trustworthiness and security.
