
Hello, I have a Notary acknowledgment certificate that is not familiar to me. Please advise as to how I should complete it: “On the 6th day of Jan, 2025, before me personally appeared (Signer’s Name), to me known to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that ________executed the same as _______free act and deed.” — S. S., Mississippi
The blanks in the certificate are for the pronouns. Please see below for the proper way to complete this form -
“… to me known to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that (he/she/they) executed the same as (his/her/their) free act and deed.”
