The NNA is pleased to announce Amber Gist, founder of The Notary Training Hub, has been honored as the NNA’s 2024 Influencer of the Year.
A mother, entrepreneur, and educator with a passion for helping others, Gist is a remarkable professional who has made it her goal to empower and support people starting their own Notary businesses.
Through The Notary Training Hub, she has dedicated herself to providing training and resources to aspiring Notaries. The online platform offers certification and training in Notary laws and ethics, loan signing, and mobile Notary training.
Empowering Notaries to launch new careers
Gist finds it deeply rewarding to help other people start new careers through a new business. By providing accessible and affordable training, she empowers individuals to start their own businesses and achieve financial independence.
One of her favorite success stories was about a single mom who was looking for a new line of work to support her family. As a parent herself, Gist wanted to help this aspiring Notary experience the same kind of success she had found. Drawing on her own Notary experiences, Gist helped the mom get her Notary commission and create a flexible schedule that allowed her to make more money but also spend more time with her children.
“I like to inspire through my own work,” Gist said, adding that she is deeply honored to be named as the 2024 Influencer of the Year. “This is a profound milestone for me, and it represents the collective efforts of every Notary I’ve mentored.”
About the Influencer of the Year Award
The NNA established the Influencer of the Year award in 2023 to recognize Notaries who have inspired, mentored, or educated Notaries nationwide on one or more social media platforms. The Influencer of the Year is chosen by you and the votes of your fellow Notaries through our nationwide voting system.
