JPMorgan Chase was honored on Tuesday with the NNA’s 2014 March Fong Eu Achievement Award for its outstanding nationwide support of its 24,000 Notaries.
JPMorgan Chase received the award for its pioneering “One Chase Notary” program to ensure that Notaries in every branch and business division are trained to national performance standards that meet, or exceed, requirements for Notaries in any U.S. state. The program improves customer service, consumer protection, and helps the firm meet new regulatory requirements.
