Do I need to have one acknowledgment form per signature notarized, or can I enter two names on one acknowledgment form? — R.O, California
You may write in multiple names on one acknowledgment certificate if the parties are present before you at the time of notarization and there is enough space for the names to be written legibly. A separate certificate for each signer is not required. Additional documents would require their own separate certificates completed in the same manner.
