On a standard form that needs to be notarized, the top left corner reads: “State of Maryland, County of _____”. Should I be filling in the "County" as where I am at time of the notarization, or should I fill in the county I am commissioned in? — J.B., Maryland
You should fill in the county where you are performing the notarization is taking place.
