Update 5-17-23: While the NNA Conference was forced to go virtual in 2020 due to COVID, this year’s NNA 2023 Conference in Scottsdale is fully open to the public. To register or for more information, please visit our NNA 2023 Conference page.
As the COVID-19 crisis continues to impact life and business around the world, the National Notary Association team has been actively monitoring guidance from public health authorities and assessing the impact on our business and community practices. As part of that assessment, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the NNA 2020 Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This will be the first conference canceled in the NNA’s 42-year history of hosting the Notary Event of the Year. But ultimately, your health and safety, along with that of our vendors, guests, sponsors and staff, is our highest priority.
If you purchased an NNA 2020 registration, you will receive a full refund within 7 to10 business days. We have waived the requirement for cancellation requests to be submitted in writing, so you do not need to act. We’ve got you covered.
Our host venue, the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, has automatically canceled hotel reservations. You do not need to contact the hotel directly.
We will miss seeing you in person this year, but we are brewing up plans to deliver new free workshop content to you this summer. Details coming soon. Additionally, keep an eye on the Notary Bulletin and our social media channels to find out where we’ll gather for NNA 2021!
Thank you for your patience, understanding and commitment to being the best Notary you can be. If you have any questions, please email conference@nationalnotary.org.
