The National Notary Association will remain open for business amid the growing number of “Stay at Home” orders being issued. To maintain quality service to you, the NNA implemented its emergency business continuity plan and has equipped its workforce with the support tools it needs to work from home.
You can make any orders or find news and information you need through NationalNotary.org. Our Customer Care team (800-876-6827) will be available to:
- Handle commission applications
- Process seal orders
- Process bonds and insurance
- Take and provide updates for orders for all other supplies and training
The NNA Hotline is fully operational and will continue to answer questions for Notaries nationwide.
You can stay on top news and information with the Notary Bulletin, which will continue to be published. And our social media pages will remain active with the latest updates about how the coronavirus crisis is affecting the Notary community and procedures.
The only exception is live seminars in California, which have been canceled through the end of April in compliance with the state’s “Stay at Home” orders.
