The NNA’s new online course “How To Prepare Immigration Forms” provides helpful training for those looking to provide immigration forms services as well as resources for applicants seeking information about important immigration forms encountered during the visa and citizenship process.
Developed with the expertise of practicing immigration attorneys, the eLearning course provides information about
several important U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) forms that must be submitted by applicants, including the following:
- Form I-130 (Petition For Alien Relative)
- Form I-485 (Application To Register Permanent Residence Or Adjust Status)
- Form N-400 (Application For Naturalization)
If you are interested in providing immigration forms services, remember that you must comply with any state laws regarding any registration requirements and service limitations, and avoid offering unauthorized legal advice or services. The course also provides guidance for when immigrants should seek the help of a qualified immigration attorney.
