CT Senate Bill 142 - Senate Bill 142 amends the Uniform Power of Attorney Act to allow an agent in advance of a principal's death to sign a written document directing the disposition of the individual’s body upon death or designating an individual to have custody and control of the disposition of the principal's body upon death of the principal.
