This online course qualifies as two (2) hours of continuing education (CE) credit by the Montana Secretary of States office.

In this course we will cover:
- The notarial process,
- The specifics of each notarial act
- Special circumstances, and
- How to protect yourself from notarial misconduct.
At the end of the course, there is a practice exam to help you assess your own readiness to perform notarizations properly in Montana.
