If no other jurat wording is prescribed, the Florida Jurat certificate may be used when an individual is signing and swearing (or affirming) that the statements in an attached document are true.
When there's no room for your seal, or the provided wording does not comply with state law, or there's no wording at all, this certificate makes it easy with the right wording every time!
Pad of 100 certificates.
Complies with new Florida state laws in effect January 1, 2020.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any current Florida Notary who wishes to use the new certificate wording before January 1 may choose to do so. However, Florida Notaries must check the “physical appearance” box in the new certificate. After January 1, only registered Notaries performing RONs may select the “online notarization” box when completing a certificate. Remember that if you do not use certificate wording compliant with the new law starting January 1, your notarizations will run the risk of rejection.
