This course is based on the Statutes, Regulations and Rules of the District of Columbia Office of Notary Commission and Authentications, also called ONCA. The course is meant for residents of the District of Columbia who are currently commissioned as a Notary Public seeking to receive an endorsement as an e-notary. At the end of this course you will receive a Proof of Completion Certificate which you will then submit to the District.

    Welcome to the District of Columbia’s Training for Electronic Notaries.

    This course is based on the Statutes, Regulations and Rules of the District of Columbia Office of Notary Commission and Authentications, also called ONCA.     This course fulfills the training requirement for first time electronic notary applicants. At the end of this course you will receive a Proof of Completion Certificate which you will then submit to the District.
