What to know when renewing your Arizona Notary commission

What to know when renewing your Arizona Notary commission

  • Renewing early is recommended. Arizona Notaries can renew their commission 60 days prior to their renewal date.
  • Applications are submitted by mail. Once you’ve downloaded and completed your application, send it to the Arizona Secretary of State along with your filing fee and notarized Notary bond form.
  • Serve for another 4-year term. Like before, you'll be appointed and commissioned by the Arizona Secretary of State, not by the National Notary Association.
