Obtain your state-required seal and recommended supplies

Select your complete Notary supply package option. Each contains your state-required official seal stamp.

2.

Complete your Ohio Notary Public Application

Be sure to complete the Ohio Notary renewal application following the instructions on the Ohio Secretary of State website.

3.

Renew Your Ohio Notary Commission

To receive your official seal, fax a copy of your Commission Certificate to 1-800-833-1211 or send a copy to National Notary Association, Notary Seal Processing, 9350 De Soto Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311-4926.
