Order Status
You can check the shipping status or reprint a receipt for any order you have placed with the NNA — including online, phone and mail orders — at any time in your Order History.
Please check to ensure you have provided all requested information in order to produce custom items such as seal stamps or embossers. Once your documents have been received, your stamp will be shipped within 3 business days.

Application Status
The NNA will submit the application for you to the following states: Florida, Illinois, and Texas. For any other state, please download a checklist here to learn how to contact your state's commissioning agency.
If you are applying for a commission in Pennsylvania or Missouri, you can now complete an application online directly with the state.

Once received by the NNA, applications for Florida, Illinois and Texas can take up to 5 business days for us to process and submit to the state, if all required information is filled out properly. If any required information is missing or any mistakes are present, we will contact you to correct the application. Your application will remain pending until we hear back from you and any errors are corrected.
Once the application is complete, we will forward it to the proper state commissioning agency. You will receive your notary commission once the state has processed the application.

Illinois: 4-6 weeks
