Obtain Your State-Specific Seal and Recommended Supplies

The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in Rhode Island, including a state-recommended seal stamp, journal and supplies.

Complete Your Rhode Island Notary Application

To become a Notary in Rhode Island, you must follow the directions and fully complete the application on the Rhode Island Secretary of State website. Print and sign your name exactly as you would like your commission to be issued.
