  • No felony convictions or lesser offense incompatible with duties of Notaries in

Obtain your state-required supplies and complete your training

The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in Oregon, including your official seal stamp, journal and supplies. Your state-required training is included with each package option.

2.

Complete your Oregon Notary application

Download your Oregon Notary Public application here. Complete the application and submit it with a copy of your Certificate of Training following these instructions.

3.

Become an Oregon Notary

The NNA will walk you through each step. To receive your official seal, send your original Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Official Seal to National Notary Association, Notary Seal Processing, 9350 De Soto Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311-4926.
