How can I change my state on your website?

Our website automatically detects what state is accessing our website by IP. Occasionally we get it wrong. If that happens, you can change your state in the header of our website. In the upper right hand corner, re-select a state by using the dropdown.

I share my email address. Why can't we both log into our own accounts?

Since our website uses email address as the primary log in, it is very important that each individual notary/customer have their own email address per account. If you share an email address between accounts, every time this email address is used, the newest account will override any current information on the older account. Only one person can use one email address and account at a time. This is because we sell personalized items (seals, embossers) and insurance items, and those items have names and commission information printed on the documents. Each individual file needs to be for one specific notary.

I used to log in with my NNA ID number. Why do I have to use an email address now?

In order to comply with strict privacy laws, we require every individual to use a unique email address to log in. This allows us to send private correspondence and be assured that only the customer has access to that correspondence.
