Obtain your state-required bond, official seal and supplies

The NNA will provide everything you need to complete your Florida Notary commission renewal, including your state-required Notary bond, official seal stamp and supplies. Download your step-by-step checklist to help you renew as a Florida Notary.

Complete Your State-Required Application and Send it to the NNA

Complete and send your Florida Notary Public application to the National Notary Association by following the directions you’ll receive via email with your order confirmation. By law, the Florida Department of State Notary Commissions must receive your original signed application. The NNA will submit your application, bond forms, and state fees to the Secretary of State.

For your protection, the NNA does not collect your Social Security number or Driver’s License number online.

Renew Your Florida Notary Commission

We’ll deliver your application to the Florida Department of State with your application fee (included with your package), and we’ll notify you when your Notary commission has been issued.
