Obtain Your Bond, Official Seal and Supplies

The NNA will provide everything you need to complete your D.C. Notary renewal, including your bond, official seal embosser and supplies.

Complete Your D.C. Notary Application

To renew your District of Columbia Notary commission, download your Notary Application here, complete it and then forward it to the Office of the Secretary by following instructions on the application.

Renew Your District of Columbia Notary Commission

To receive your official bond and seal embosser, eMail your Bond Form to bonds@nationalNotary.org immediately after you receive your Appointment Notice and Bond Form. Complete the commissioning process by following the directions provided by the D.C. Office of the Secretary.
