Obtain your state-required seal and recommended supplies

Selecting your Complete Notary Supply Package option. Each option contains your state-required Notary seal. Download step-by-step instructions on how to renew your Oregon Notary Public commission.

Complete your Oregon Notary application

Complete your Oregon Notary Public application here. Follow these instructions on the Secretary of State website.

3.

Renew your Oregon Notary Commission

The NNA will walk you through each step. To receive your official seal, email the Certificate of Authorization to releasing@nationalnotary.org as soon as you receive it from the state, along with your NNA ID and Order Number.
