letterhead for a commission (commission valid only in the county where regularly

Must read, write, speak and understand English
Possess high school diploma or equivalent
Purchase and keep as reference most recent manual approved by Secretary of State
describing duties and authority of Notaries
No less than 10 years since incarceration, probation or parole
