How to Register

Register online or call the NNA® toll-free at 1-800-US NOTARY (1-800-876-6827). Online registrations may be submitted electronically with credit card information. Phone and online registration orders must be received no later than 12 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Individuals wishing to register after 12 p.m. Pacific Time on May 23 must do so in person at the Conference.

If you prefer to register by mail, download the registration form and mail it to the NNA® with credit card information or a check made payable to "National Notary Association." Address: National Notary Association, P.O. Box 541032, Los Angeles, CA 90054-1032. Registration by mail must be postmarked on or before Wednesday, May 15, 2013.

If you are purchasing multiple Conference registrations and/or guest passes, you must provide the names of ALL attendees and guests.

Guest Passes

Your guest may join you at the Welcome Reception and/or the Gala Banquet with a Signature Event Guest Pass purchase. However, purchase of the full Conference Registration is required to attend any workshop or learning lab.

Onsite Registration

Conference Registration and Guest Passes will be available for purchase on-site using cash or credit cards only. Registration and Guest Passes purchased onsite are non-refundable.

Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in your registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to conference@nationalnotary.org. If you call to let us know you cannot attend, you will still be asked to submit a refund request in writing.
  • Full Refunds: Requests for full refunds must be received via email by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
  • Partial Refunds: Refund requests received after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 will be processed minus a $75 late cancelation fee.
  • No refunds will be made for requests received after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, May 22, 2013.
  • Registration and Guest Passes purchased at the Conference are non-refundable.
