Financial & Corporate Services Section Adviser: Richard Bramhall

This month, the NNA’s Financial and Corporate Services Section covered topics such as IRS audits, eliminating bad notarial workplace practices and fraud prevention strategies in the office. To deliver this level of industry-specific information to Notaries, the NNA has developed a distinguished Advisory Panel for each of its six Professional Sections. In this Advisor Spotlight, we introduce you to Bank of America Senior Vice PresidentR ichard Bramhall.

Richard Bramhall is a Senior Vice President of Bank of America and Chief Title Officer and Regulatory Advisory Group leader for the Governance division of Bank of America Home Loans Closing Services. He serves as the subject matter expert on title, recording, and vesting issues for the Bank's Home Loans and Insurance group, and in that capacity has given introductory and advanced courses in Real Estate Principles at several of the Bank's Loan Centers.

A graduate of Princeton University and Emory University School of Law, Mr. Bramhall has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate practice. He is currently serving as President of the Property Records Industry Association, and is a former Board member of the Title and Appraisal Vendor Management Association and the Real Estate Services Providers Council.
