Obtain Your State-Specific Seal and Recommended Supplies

The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in New Jersey including an official seal stamp, state-recommended journal and supplies.

Complete Your New Jersey Notary Application

To become a Notary in New Jersey, you must follow the directions and fully complete the application on the New Jersey State website. Print and sign your name exactly as you would like your commission to be issued.

3.

Become a New Jersey Notary Public

To complete the process of becoming a New Jersey Notary, fax a copy of your Commission Certificate that you received from the state to 1-800-833-1211 in order to receive your official seal or send a copy to National Notary Association, Notary Seal Processing, 9350 De Soto Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311-4926.
