Obtain Your State-Required Seal and Recommended Supplies

The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in Delaware, including your official seal stamp, state-recommended journal and supplies.

Complete Your Delaware Notary Application

To become a Delaware Notary, you must follow the directions and fully complete and submit the application on the Delaware Secretary of State website.

Become a Delaware Notary Public
