Complete Your Minnesota Notary Application and Training

To become a Notary in Minnesota, you must follow the directions and fully complete the Minnesota Notary application. Print and sign your name exactly as you would like your commission to be issued.

Become a Minnesota Notary Public

When you have obtained your commission, scan and email a copy of your Commission Certificate to releasing@nationalnotary.org or fax to 1-800-833-1211.
